Can you describe an incident that really made Anika stand out to you with her approach?
When implementing a holistic digital marketing strategy for our employer, she understands the importance of SEO, PPC, and social media working together.
What project/personal development skill is Anika working on that we can support?
She is a team lead and has recently acquired new team members. I believe her biggest challenge is dealing with the many different characters, skillsets, and work ethics, as well as promoting individual team members and bringing the team together.
